Refund policy

We accept unused, original condition merchandise with original tags attached for return or exchange. You must request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@thepearlpagoda.com. Once your return has been approved you will receive return instructions. Unapproved returns will not be processed. 

Sale items, special occasion wear and swimwear are FINAL sale.
